THRIVE Foundations — Programme Overview

Duration: 8 weeks + 1 check-in consultation

What’s Included:

  • 1 x 60-minute Initial Health Assessment
    A comprehensive consultation to explore the root causes of your primary metabolic health issue. This session includes:

    • A full audit of your current nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise habits

    • Exploration of personal risk factors related to your main health concern

    • Identification of potential barriers to progress (e.g. mindset, time constraints, lack of support)

    • Introduction to the core pillars of health relevant to your needs—and how to start integrating them into your routine

  • 1 x 60-minute Follow-Up Consultation
    We’ll review your progress, discuss any challenges or new symptoms, and adjust your Nutrition Action Planaccordingly. We’ll also go over any relevant test results (if applicable).

  • 1 x 45-minute Final Consultation
    A session to consolidate your progress, review longer-term strategies, and provide guidance on next steps.

  • 1 x 15-minute Post-Programme Check-In
    A brief follow-up to check how you’re doing, answer any final questions, and help you transition to the next phase of your health journey.
